1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Sap Media Publishing LLC handles personal and business information when you use Sonentra websites, dashboards, APIs, white-label services, forms, billing and support channels.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use Sonentra, we may collect names, company names, business addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, account and login information, billing references, subscription information, support messages, API usage, IP addresses, browser or device information, security logs and other information you choose to provide.
3. How we use information
We may use information to provide and administer services, create accounts, authenticate users, process billing, deliver customer support, operate APIs, communicate service information, prevent abuse and fraud, maintain security, improve the platform, enforce agreements and comply with legal obligations.
4. Payment information
Payments may be processed through authorised payment service providers. Sonentra does not intentionally store full raw card numbers or CVV security codes in its normal application database. Payment providers process payment information according to their own security, legal and privacy obligations.
5. Service providers and disclosures
We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, communicate, analyse, bill, support or operate the platform, and with professional advisers or authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required. We do not sell personal information as a standalone business activity.
6. White-label partners
Where Sonentra technology is used by a white-label business partner, that partner may independently collect and control information about its own customers and users. The partner is responsible for its own privacy notices and legal obligations for information it controls. Sonentra may process information needed to provide infrastructure and support to that partner.
7. Cookies and technical data
Our websites and services may use essential cookies, local storage and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security and core functionality. Additional analytics or performance technologies may be used where configured and legally permitted.
8. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect security and satisfy legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and applicable requirements.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Your choices and requests
Where applicable, you may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, subject to identity verification, contractual obligations and legally required retention. You may also ask us to update inaccurate business contact information.
11. International processing
Because Sonentra and its service providers may support customers in different countries, information may be processed in jurisdictions other than the one where it was collected, subject to applicable legal safeguards.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, practices or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
