This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to Sonentra subscriptions, API plans, activation and setup fees, white-label services, implementation, custom development, professional services and other paid digital services supplied by SONENTRA LLC.
1. General no-refund rule
Except where a refund or withdrawal right is required by applicable law or by the governing terms of the applicable Merchant of Record, payments to Sonentra are final and non-refundable after purchase, activation, provisioning, delivery, allocation of resources or commencement of work, as applicable. This policy does not remove any right that cannot legally be waived.
2. API subscriptions
API subscription charges are non-refundable once the applicable billing period begins. There is no prorated refund for unused API calls, credits, capacity or time simply because you stop using the API, change your integration or decide not to continue. Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal according to the applicable cancellation rules; it does not reverse the current billing period.
3. API activation and setup fees
One-time API activation, onboarding, configuration or setup fees are non-refundable once provisioning, configuration, credential issuance, technical review or other activation work has commenced, except where mandatory law or the applicable Merchant of Record requires otherwise.
4. White-label fees
White-label setup, activation, configuration and branding fees are non-refundable once Sonentra begins configuration, provisioning, branding, implementation or resource allocation for the service.
5. Custom development and professional services
Deposits, implementation fees, migration fees, consulting charges, development milestones and other professional-service payments are non-refundable once the relevant work has commenced or resources have been committed, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. A change of business strategy, failure to provide required materials, project abandonment or a decision not to use completed work does not by itself create a refund right.
6. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel future renewal through the cancellation method provided for the applicable subscription or payment provider. Cancellation normally takes effect in accordance with the billing terms displayed at purchase. Unless required by law or the Merchant of Record, cancellation does not create a refund or credit for the remaining portion of a billing period already paid.
7. Thirty-day termination notice
Where an Enterprise, managed-service, reseller, white-label, implementation or other agreement requires termination notice, you must provide at least thirty (30) days’ written notice unless that agreement states another period. The notice period governs termination of the service relationship; it is not a 30-day money-back guarantee and does not create a refund right for prior payments.
8. Service delivery problems
If Sonentra has materially failed to provide a purchased service, contact us promptly with the order information and details of the issue. We may investigate and, where appropriate, restore service, correct the issue, re-perform the affected service, provide another remedy required by law, or coordinate with the applicable Merchant of Record. This section does not create a discretionary refund entitlement where no mandatory refund right exists.
9. Duplicate or incorrect charges
Suspected duplicate charges or confirmed billing errors should be reported promptly. Correcting a duplicate or erroneous charge is distinct from a refund for a validly purchased and delivered service.
10. Paddle purchases
For purchases where Paddle is identified as Merchant of Record, Paddle’s applicable buyer and refund terms govern transaction-level refund and statutory withdrawal rights. Sonentra’s no-refund policy applies only to the extent it is consistent with those governing terms and applicable law.
11. Stripe and direct purchases
For transactions charged directly by SONENTRA LLC through Stripe or another payment service provider, this policy governs Sonentra’s commercial refund position subject to applicable law, card-network requirements and the provider’s applicable rules.
12. Non-refundable circumstances
Subject to mandatory rights, a refund is not due merely because you did not use the service, used less than your plan allowance, no longer need the service, changed business direction, failed to integrate the service, lost access because of your own credential management, breached these Terms, or did not achieve an expected commercial result.
13. How to contact us
For a billing, cancellation or legally required refund request, email info@sonentra.com and provide your account or company name, invoice or transaction reference, payment date and a clear description of the request. Do not send full card numbers, CVV codes or passwords by email.
14. Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer protection, statutory withdrawal right, refund right, warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or modified.
